Smaller orders are generally shipped through FedEx Ground, while larger furniture and bulk orders may be delivered through an LTL freight carrier. Delivery times depend on the product, destination and shipping method. Large furniture orders shipped through an LTL freight carrier generally have an estimated transit time of 7–15 business days. The carrier may contact you in advance to schedule the delivery, and tracking details will be provided when available.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. The product must be unused, undamaged, complete and returned in its original packaging. Before sending an item back, contact Furniture For America to obtain a Return Authorization number. Standard returns may have outbound and return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Inspect your furniture as soon as it arrives and keep all original packaging. Report any damage, manufacturing defect or missing hardware within three business days of receiving the order, along with clear photographs of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, Furniture For America may arrange a repair, replacement or return.
Furniture For America provides a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects on eligible products from the shipment date. Mattresses are excluded from this warranty. Contact the support team with your order details and photographs when submitting a warranty claim.
