Free Delivery Levels
- Curbside / Threshold Delivery: Items are delivered to your front entrance, garage, or nearest accessible location. Carriers do not provide inside delivery, assembly, or packaging removal.
What Threshold Delivery Means
- Example: A dining table may arrive on a pallet at your porch, requiring you to move it inside.
- Ensure pathways and doorways are accessible before delivery.
White Glove Delivery Upgrade
- Optional premium delivery including inside placement, assembly, and debris removal.
