Returning an Item

You may request a return within 30 days of the shipment date if the item does not meet your expectations.

  • Refunds exclude original outbound shipping charges.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by our support team.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Important:
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Inspect the Item Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and includes all original parts and packaging.

3. Repack Securely Use the original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, and accessories when preparing the shipment.
4. Ship the Item Return the package using a trackable and insured shipping method for protection.
5. Inspection & Refund Once received, our team inspects the return within 3–5 business days before issuing a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
  • Products arriving damaged or incomplete may incur repair or disposal fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Upon Delivery

  • Free replacement or repair for verified manufacturer defects.
  • Full return following the standard return procedure.
  • Refunds or replacements issued after warehouse inspection.

1-Year Warranty

  • Covers manufacturer defects on eligible products.
  • Warranty period begins from the shipment date.
  • Mattresses and excluded specialty items may not qualify.

Refunds & Non-Refundable Costs

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection approval.
  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility unless pre-approved otherwise.
