1-Year Warranty
- Covers manufacturer defects on eligible products.
- Warranty period begins from the shipment date.
- Mattresses and excluded specialty items may not qualify.
Refunds & Non-Refundable Costs
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection approval.
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products are non-refundable.
