Smaller orders are generally shipped through FedEx Ground, while larger furniture and bulk orders may be delivered through an LTL freight carrier. Delivery times depend on the product, destination and shipping method. Large furniture orders shipped through an LTL freight carrier generally have an estimated transit time of 7–15 business days. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. The product must be unused, undamaged, complete and returned in its original packaging. Before sending an item back, contact Furniture For America to obtain a Return Authorization number. Standard returns may have outbound and return shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Report any damage, manufacturing defect or missing hardware within three business days of receiving the order, along with clear photographs of the issue.
